After many years of offering communication skills workshops to adults in many organizations across various industries in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, it became clear that the reason why most professionals struggle in the area of communication skills is because they did not get a firm foundation in them when they were young - due to obvious gaps that exist in our formal education system.
