Chief Executive of Learning Impact NG and Director, Organizational Development Solutions
Omagbitse Barrow is the Chief Executive of Learning Impact NG and Director, Organizational Development Solutions. He is a prize-winning Chartered Accountant and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He worked previously at Investment Banking & Trust Company Limited (IBTC), now Stanbic IBTC in various management and leadership positions before founding Learning Impact NG. He is a Palladium-trained Balanced Score Card Facilitator, Association for Talent Development-certified Learning Designer and Workplace Coach; John C Maxwell Certified Leadership Development Trainer, and Prosci-certified Change Management Professional. He oversees the design and delivery of the Company’s Training, Strategy and Consulting Solutions. He is a member of the Securities & Exchange Commission’s Technical Committee on Financial Literacy. He is also a Director of Creative Learning International School, Thoughtful House Autism Center and Be Better GTE.
ANTHONY ONI
Organizational Development Consultant
Anthony Oni is an Organizational Development Consultant of Learning Impact He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from University of Jos and a Diploma in Digital Online Social Media Marketing. He is a member of the Nigerian Computer Society, member of the Information Technology Systems and Security Professionals (ITSSP), a certified Trivantis Lectora Inspire professional and a certified Ethical Hacker. He has a certificate in Critical Tools for Effective Marketing & Sales from the Lagos Business School. He has worked as a lecturer at ECWA International College of Technology (formerly ECWA Computer Information and Science Institute) in Jos, Plateau State. Anthony has served as a Learning Technologist, Head - Learning Technology and Director, E-Learning Africa.
REGINA MAKYUR
Organizational Development Consultant
Regina Makyur is an Organizational Development Consultant at Learning Impact NG. She has a Bachelors’ Degree in Economics from Veritas University, Abuja and a Master’s Degree in Economics from Nile University, Abuja. She is currently running her doctoral research at the Nile University with a special focus on Monetary Economics. She is a PRINCE2 and PMP Certified Project Manager. She also has experience in Customer Service, Pension Management and Investment Advisory. Before joining Learning Impact NG she worked at Stanbic IBTC Bank.
ABDULMUTALIB IDRIS
Head of the Technology Solutions and Platforms
Abdulmutalib Idris is the Head of the Technology Solutions and Platforms at Learning Impact NG. He is a graduate of Computer Science with vast knowledge in (web development and standalone application) programming. He is experienced in web development using: Codeigniter, PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS and JAVASCRIPT. He worked previously as a Programmer and Network Administrator with Topfaith Computer & Electro Equipment Limited, Umuahia Abia State during his youth service year. He is responsible for developing a number of web-based solutions which include: the subscription based E-Newspaper Platform, Venue Management and Booking Platform (Be Better Venue), Be Better Books and African Stock Photos Ecommerce solution (for hardcopy and digital product sales), a Learning Management System, a Computer Based Test Administering System among others.
KABIR IDRIS
Technical Support
Kabir Idris is a graduate of electrical engineering with very strong knack for innovation, system appreciation, analysis and design. He has advanced trainings and experience in operation, maintenance and repair of various workplace digital devices, including projectors and computers. He also exhibit proficiency in research, data entry, data processing, troubleshooting and other key aspects of computer appreciation.
After graduation, Kabir spent several months volunteering in various capacity with local and international NGOs on community development projects, before joining Learning Impact in a professional capacity as Technical Support staff, responsible for providing requisite solutions to organization's technical challenges, as well as managing online platforms.
IJEOMA UZOR
Programs Support
Ijeoma Uzor is a graduate of Industrial Chemistry with a Post graduate Diploma in Public Health. She worked previously at Trinitate International School Port Harcourt as a Chemistry Tutor. She is the Project Officer for Learning Impact NG responsible for providing support for various aspects of programs and projects implemented in the Organization. She is a good team player and always excited with new Innovations and strategic solutions.
